2019 ACA ANNUAL MEETING

JULY 20-24, 2019 | CINCINNATI/NORTHERN KENTUCKY

The American Crystallographic Association’s Annual Meeting is one of the largest gatherings of crystallographers in the world and features hands-on workshops, sessions showcasing research and developments from all levels of crystallographers as well as one of the largest exhibit shows in the industry.  The ACA Annual Meeting is a great place to network, learn and collaborate with fellow scientists, students and professionals.  Join us this year to explore Convergent Structural Science!

The ACA Annual Meeting

Last year over six hundred international individuals attended the 2018 ACA Annual Meeting in Toronto, Canada. This year attendees from around the globe will come together to discuss the latest cutting-edge developments in crystallography in Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky at the 69th ACA Annual Meeting.

We invite you to join our community and see first-hand the resources, opportunities and connections the ACA provides at every level of your scientific journey. In addition to the plethora of benefits (including publication subscriptions, opportunities to publish and networking opportunities), the largest benefit to membership is that ACA members enjoy reduced registration rates to the annual meeting.

The ACA Annual Meeting offers an amazing chance to network with scientists of all disciplines and at all levels. ACA members bring an awesome array of crystallographic specialties in any number of categories to our annual meeting, including but not limited to the subjects of Cryo-EM, Biomacromolecules, Fiber, Materials and Powder.

Take advantage of this opportunity and utilize your membership to the fullest.

 2019 Program

We value our student members as much as our regular and retired members, especially at our meetings, whether it is remembering the impact of our pioneers, like von Laue, Bragg, Hodgkin and Franklin at our sessions or by inviting our junior scientists to share their latest innovations and techniques at our poster sessions - our goal is to engage and involve our entire community.

2019 Awardees

The ACA recognizes distinguished achievement in the field of crystallography to both mature and early career crystallographers through the presentation of various annual awards and prizes.
